DCA ANNOUNCES SITE OF 2018/2019 CHAMPIONSHIPS

We are happy to announce that the bids are in and the decision has been made. The site of Drum Corp Associates’ championship weekend will be Williamsport PA for the 2018 and 2019 seasons. Several bids were reviewed by the executive team and Williamsport had the most attractive proposal. According to Allen Buell, DCA president, “Williamsport offers exactly what we need to please our drum corps fans, I think the overall experience will be pleasing to all.”

The stadium is well suited to drum corps performances with excellent elevation to view and judge our member drum corps. With ample seating, beautiful views, and with good sight lines for all of our fans. Not a bad seat in the house!

Along with the beautiful stadium there will be plenty of space for rehearsal sites and a fantastic venue for I and E and mini corps performances. The spectacular venue of the Community Arts Center and the surrounding neighborhood allow for an exceptional fan experience.
