Citing operational & financial concerns, the Long Island Sunrisers placed on suspension until further notice.

In accordance with Drum Corps Associates By Laws, DCA has placed the Long Island Sunrisers on suspension from all DCA activities effective Friday, September 14, 2018.

This action comes in response to financial issues brought to the attention of the Executive Board from the Marriott Corporation & the City of Williamsport.

Drum Corps Associates will work with the new administration of the Sunrisers moving forward with a comprehensive evaluation of the corps financial stability to determine the corps participation status going forward.

DCA will work with the leadership and hope to have the issues addressed for possible reinstatement.
